YOUR ACCOUNT, YOUR CHOICE

Account and data deletion

How to request deletion

  1. Email admin@davidtonarini.com, preferably from the email address associated with your Sophia Lab account.
  2. Use the subject Sophia Lab data deletion request. Say that you want your account and associated personal data deleted, and identify the account email address. If you used social sign-in, tell us whether it was Facebook, Google or Microsoft.
  3. We will verify ownership where necessary, process the request, and email you the outcome. If you no longer have access to the account email address, explain this so we can discuss another proportionate verification method.
Email a deletion request

You may also copy the address into your email service if the button does not open it. Do not send your password, Google Password Manager PIN, passkeys, recovery codes or authentication codes.

What deletion covers

After verification, we remove your Sophia Lab account details, including your name, email address, password hash if present, connected provider identifiers, and verification/recovery tokens. This includes the account information Sophia Lab received through Facebook Login or another enabled social provider. Account deletion ends access to the dashboard.

We also assess personal information in security records, archives and support correspondence for deletion or anonymization. Limited information may need to be retained for a specific legal obligation, an ongoing security investigation or the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. We will explain any applicable exception and the relevant retention criteria. Moving a record into an archive alone is not deletion.

Copies in hosting backups, where present, may remain until those backups are replaced or expire. Our confirmation will describe relevant limitations. Deleting your Sophia Lab account does not delete your Facebook, Instagram, Google or Microsoft account.

When to expect a response

We aim to respond without undue delay and normally within one month where the GDPR applies. If identity verification, an extension or a lawful exception affects your request, we will explain what is needed and why.

Disconnect Facebook or another provider

You can additionally remove Sophia Lab from Facebook's Apps and websites settings. For Google or Microsoft, use the connected-app permissions in that provider's account settings.

Disconnecting a provider stops that connection but does not, by itself, erase information already stored by Sophia Lab. Send the deletion request above to remove your Sophia Lab account and its associated data. You do not need to reconnect Facebook to request deletion.
